Heavenly. It's a paradise for kids and families. We loved it so much that we will be back for a week soon!

Classic place! Surrounded by the Black Forest... Food is always good!

Black forest fun! Amazing food ,good for kids too.

A fantastic place to visit with the family. From the farmed trout to owls, goats and chickens on site. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and dressed in traditional Black Forest clothing. The chef even came out to ask us if everything was ok. It is well worth a visit. We will be back.

For us, and in some respects, the closest thing to going home as you can when far from home. Homely feel to Hotel, Restaurant and surrounding area with excellent service all round. Many things for kids to do and see, including the multitude of animals, not to mention the deer. Well worth an overnight or visit for food. Genuine care and attention all round. Excellent menu, high quality dishes and as said prior, the best aspect is really a feeling of being at home..

very unprofessional and unfriendly. I have two rooms with my friend. We checked in different time . I checked in first. The staff only gave me the key and schow me the room, (300 meters away) without more information. When my friend check in ,he asked about the breakfast room and the start time, the staff said: “You have more questions. „ It doesn't matter, we don't care. But the next day we paid 120 Euro tickets in the swimming pool. Finally, we found that the ticket was included in the hotel fee , but the hotel mass give us a card first. We want the card, another staff said that when we checking in, it should be given to us .It’s strange that, why not give us . We checked in twice, they have two chances to give us information. Unfortunately No ! ! We question the professional of their work. We have the boss snarled at us: "normal German" is very clear and does not need to be told ! Oh Sorry, we are "normal foreigners." The boss thinks that her staff have no problems at all. The problem is that we don't speak German. OK, if you can't receive a guest who doesn't speak German, please don't accept the reservation. Never apologize. Roaring to us in front of our children, this is a hotel that serves families. We have traveled to more than 40 countries around the world and have never seen a "normal hotel" like this. Anyway restaurant is good .

An excellent excursion place for families with romantic paths to walk along. The interior of the restaurant is traditional and the menus are varied and very tasty!

This place can keep you with natural and you can spend time here all day. It good for family trip. There are big playground for your kids also little zoo with many kinds of animals.

An excellent place to stay as a couple or with your family. We staid we both sons 6 & 2 and it was the best thing we chooses to do in shwartzwald . All in his best, room, stuff is very helpful and willing to help, the great restaurant, indoor and outdoor activities, contact farm and of course the nature. Book today and you won’t regret!!!

Place: Very beautiful place in Grafenhausen (black forest area). Good attractions for kids around the restaurant. Main dishes: try forel with different variations - well prepared and super fresh. Deserts: Black Forest cake is very good, Sorbet with champagne - excellent. Very attractive if you in the black forest area.

Beautiful location, down a country lane. Good food. Great place to bring kids, with a petting zoo and playgrounds. Popular among tourists.

Very very nice place in the middle of the wild). Lots of well taken care of animals. Funny goats)) Great food and best desserts. Staff is professional but still very warm and welcoming. I love it there

Been here two years ago and came back for more. The prices are a bit high but the food is great. You should try the smoked fish soup, the dish is small but the taste is something else. The staff is nice and helpful. There is a nice playground for kids and domestic animals kids can interact with.
